1. Accountant Assistant

2. Job description

  • Duration: 12 months (from 15 Apr 2022 to 14 Apr 2023)
  • Report to: Accountant / Board of Directors
  • Roles and Responsibilities:
  • * Accounts Payables responsibilities
    • Review and verify employee claims, vendor invoices against company policies and tax requirements.
    • Record company expense
    • Tracking payment of outsources
    • Bank transaction
    • Other issues

    * Accounts Receivables responsibilities

    • Prepare and issue Service Invoice/Minutes of Acceptance
    • Issue Red Invoice
    • Follow account receivables and push Client make payment on time
    • Make sales report (at middle and end of month)
    • Other issues

    * Tax and corporate

    • Prepare VAT report, PIT, CIT, FCT (if have)
    • Prepare and online submit monthly, quarterly and annual tax declaration; making financial statements, tax finalization
    • Other Accounting issues

    * Internal Report

    • Cash in/out flows
    • Revenue/expense/profit

    * OtherQS relevant tasks

    • Check, circulate, make liquidation contract
    • Update and manage QS quotation on system

    * Other task as Accountant/ BOD required and support general activity of company

3. Job requirements

  • College’s degree or Bachelor degree or equivalent in Accounting or Auditing or relevant field in professional business environment, or equivalent
  • Experience 1-2 years
  • Ability to assess priorities and operate in a flexible manner in order to meet the dynamic needs of the company
  • Strong analytic and communication (oral and written) skills necessary
  • Attention to and precision with detail, comfort with cost, data.
  • Ability to work independently and process quickly, independently prioritizing work activities
  • Demonstrated experience in using computer-based tools including electronic mail, word processing, spreadsheet, and database products
  • Knowledge of MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Possess “can do” attitude, willing to work as part of the team, work hard and play hard, carefulness and attention to detail
  • English: intermediate level.
