Job description

I. ADMIN SERVICE 1. Reception work - Welcome guest and receive incoming/ outgoing phone calls - International and domestic courier service - Meeting room management 2. Office car and driver management - Manage costs of repair, maintenance, replacement, and fuel for all vehicles in North. - Control daily working report. - Office drivers’ management - Monthly or periodical report and other relevant issues 3. Hotel booking and management 4. Air ticket and management - Arrange air ticket for colleagues per request when requested and following Company regulation. - Manage, report to seniority level and solve relevant issues 5. Cleaning service management 6. Telecommunication expenses 7. Company seals management II. EXPATS AFFAIRS AND EVENT MANAGEMENT 1. Be in charge of Expat affairs: Work Permit, Residence card, Visa and Apartment 2. Other Admin jobs and assigned by Manager

Job requirement

Graduated from University Have experience in administrative position is an advantage. Welcome application from fresher. Customer Focus Communication Problem-solving and decision-making Good at English - 4 skills: Listening, speaking, reading, writing. Records, file and documents management
