Job description

-Co-ordinate Sale manager, Document staff and customer to arrange all logistics job.

-Managing and arranging booking with shipping or air lines, co-loader in accordance with customer’s export/import plan.

-Following and Handling all shipments job: customs clearance, trucking….

-Solving all problems of shipment when occurred

-Daily report to C.E.O by Japanese

Job requirement

-Japanese fluently in writing and speaking

-Graduated from College or above of related majors.

-Having more than 03 years of working experience in forwarder as a customer service staff in

-Good understandingand knowledge on the logistics field : Customs clearance, booking procedure,import/export procedures, sea and air bill of lading, sale contract, incoterms, insurance.

Good presentation skills, analytical, teamwork and problem-solving, work arrangement skills
