Job description

Mô tả công việc

• Collect customer requests and data

• Attend to customer phone calls

• Respond to user emails and social media messages

• Conduct basic troubleshooting using questionnaires to find out the level of support needed

• Create tickets for Level 2 support

• Provide product information

• Solve common problems such as username and passwords issues, menu navigation, verification of hardware and software, installation issues, and setup.

Job requirement

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Must have:

• Language: Japanese (N1 – N2)

• Able to communicate fluently and politely in Japanese with customers.

• Have basic knowledge of IT such as operating systems, cloud.

Nice to have:

• Have experienced in IT Comtor domain.

• Have experienced in customer support and customer care.

• Have experience working with factory environment or factory system.

• Lower-level technical personnel, trained to solve known problems and to fulfill service requests by following scripts.
