Job description

Coordinator is responsoble for following up Sample PO Process for customer demands (Input sample order into Winline/ERP system), sending/ receiving confirmation sample (color swatch) for new model, new color way (SKU) from customers. Acting in accordance with the policies, philosophy, principles, customer’s code of conduct & their confidentiality agreements, and company rules of the framas Group Agreeing to take over other reasonable, special duties & responsibilities that is corresponding to the employee’s abilities according to the instructions and requests of the management and/or supervisors Responsible for following developed sample/ tracking sample & communicating with customers (ETC/ETD/ETA) Responsible for making necessary document works (S/D, Debit note etc.,) Support development sample for each stage Cooperation with related department include developer for customer demand samples/ new concept product The lead of communication for customer demand samples. * Working time: Monday - Friday: 8:00 - 16:30, Saturday: 8:00 - 12:00 & 1 Saturday off per month

Job requirement

Graduated from University with major Development Footwear, Business Administration, English or relevant fields. Minimum 1 year working experience in Footwear or relevant fields Knowledge of shoe manufacturing process related experience in Footwear industry. Chinese / Korean language is priority. Support to production, product testing or development / commercialization. English well (4 skills), knowledge in MS Office Negotiation skill with customer
