Job description

Mô tả công việc

We are looking for an English Lesson Designer for Online Teaching for our Coaching Club to create engaging and on-brand content for OKO Education as follows:

  • Develop coaching club’s teaching content and material for English learning; mainly for secondary school students from grade 6 to grade 9 (12 to 15 years old).
  • Responsible for the creation and development of innovative learning solutions for the courses to ensure coaching club are fun and engaging for learners.
  • Train teachers to moderate coaching club following the method approved by OKO.
  • Create new topics and teaching contents for coaching club continuously, ensuring the topics and teaching content are always diverse, meet the unlimited learning needs of learners.
  • Understand the value of applying different tools, resources that can help making OKO teaching/class materials more fun and engaging. E.g. Manycam, Animaker, Nearpod, etc. (have a team to support you on this).

Job requirement

Yêu cầu ứng viên
  • Experience in online English lesson designer position or equivalent at least 2-3 years.
  • Understand the process of learning English as a second language and capable of imagining and creating activities and material to learn English, adequate to the level and age of the learners.
  • Capable of giving explanations so that the teachers can use the material successfully and carry out the proposed activities.
  • Ability to work independently and work in teams.
  • Tech-savvy, can design or make simple animation video is a plus.
