Job description

Products : Korean Products (Functional Food and Beauty Food)

·Buying, following up purchase orders, controlling purchasing planning and shipping schedules.

·Being responsible for all Import – Export procedures, and customs.

·Preparing and confirming shipping documents.

·Supervising and supporting other members with all related documents

·Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records and related documentation.

·Sourcing and forming strategic supply base management.

·Other works will be assigned by the line manager.

Job requirement

·Age: 22-35 years old

·College diploma

·Basic English, Microsoft Office application.

·Having at least 02 years of working experience in relevant industry

·Well under pressure to meet fast changing requirements and expectations; experience in L/C documentation & manufacturing / trading industry will be an advantage.

·Accuracy and attention to details, good analyzing, coordination skills, understanding of data analysis.

·Ability to work independently as a team in fast pace environment, excellent time management, meticulous and strong organization skills.
