Job description

I. RESPONSIBILITIES
1. HR responsible
- Carry out C&B activities, social insurance, track workday, create payroll accurately and send out on time
- Organize internal events creatively and dynamically such as meetings, company trips, team building events, ceremonies, workshops, etc.
- Recruitment: Smartly and effectively carry out recruitment, cooperate with external recruitment partners such as media, service provider, academy, community services, etc. Enlarge and develop company candidate databases and sources, execute recruitment branding, etc.
- Maintain positive working environments, build a bonding relationship with employees and between employees and the company.
- Record and keep track of human resource cycle and staff development history, support other departments to build performance review criterias.
- Report directly to BOD about HR relating issue and KPIs
- Ensure all the HR activities align with Vietnamese label laws;

2. Office management
- Ensure and provide the best working environment for staff such as managing working facility (computers, wacom, etc.), office facility, stationeries, working with external suppliers providing facility services
- Manage the internal documents and cooperate with the account department for payments such as office payments, salary payments, etc.

Job requirement

II. REQUIREMENTS
- Study abroad or study at International University in Vietnam is a huge plus
- At least 2-3 years experience in HR position
- Smart and Excellent execution abilities
- Looking for long-term working environment
- High responsibility and result oriented
- Able to work under pressure and multi tasks
- Good Microsoft office such as words, excel, good at internet search skill
