Job description

HR strategic planning:

- Develop yearly staffing plan in collaboration company board and HR division at the group

- Develop yearly budget plan in collaboration company board and HR division at the group

Business partner:

- Develop HR strategy in collaboration with school senior leadership team

- Work strategically and collaboratively with school managers and directors to implement all aspects of HR management

- Design, develop and implement best practices, policies, processes and tools to support the objectives of the school(s)

- Membership of the School Administrative Leadership Team with shared responsibility for the strategic direction of the school(s)

Compensation & Benefits:

- Develop attractive compensation and benefits guidelines in line with the school budget and HR strategy

Talent Sourcing:

- Advise and provide the most appropriate and cost-effective recruitment channels for open positions at school

- To be participate in hiring procedure of international teachers

- Promotion of school as an employer of choice, continuing to attract high-quality candidates at managerial level and above

- Follow-up on employee integration

Training & Development:

- Lead the performance review process and support line managers

- Follow-up on performance issues and implementation of individual plan

- Map talent and pathways for individual career development

Human Resource Information Systems

- Implement and maintain employee management systems as iOffice

- Data analytics and creation of reports as require

- Coordinate and implement HR projects

Legal & Administration

- Ensure all administrative tasks relating to employees are handled in a timely manner

- Management of legal documentation of expatriate including but not limited to: criminal background check processes, visa, work permit, temporary residence card (TRC), PIT finalization, etc.

- Ensure legal compliance on all employment matters

- Advise line managers on matters related to Vietnamese employment laws

Job requirement

Education

- Graduate in in Human Resources, business administration or related field with at least 8 years in HR management role

Skills

- Strong presentation, communication, inter-personal and reporting skills.

- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

- Working knowledge of human resource principles, procedures, and practices

- Ability to effectively deal with multiple priorities, functions, and activities

- Well-developed business ethics and the ability to maintain a high level of discretion

Personal Characteristics

- Work well under high pressure and strict deadlines

- Kind, pleasant, and effective communicator, willing to serve people at all levels in the organization
