IT Infrastructure Manager

Job description

• Lead infrastructure projects.
• Handle all system & network design and monitoring.
• Manage the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of servers, networks, storage systems, and other infrastructure components.
• Ensure optimal performance, availability, and reliability of the infrastructure through proactive monitoring and regular maintenance activities.
• Implement and enforce security measures, including access controls, firewalls, and data encryption, to protect the organization’s infrastructure and data.
• Manage Backups & Disaster Recovery.
• Manage System, Network, Hardware & Software Documentation.
• Manages communication with stakeholders and IT management ensuring daily priorities are in line with department goals.
• Responsible for user access reviews including developing a policy and procedure around reviewing user access for the core and all critical applications.
• Provides leadership and guidance for Disaster Recovery testing and support.
• Travels as required and necessary.
