Job content

1. Vị trí – Job position:

Junior Accountant.

2. Mô tảcông việc – Job description

Task:
a. Bookkeeping:
– Check the accuracy of the invoices, contracts, supporting documents;
– Input data into accounting software (Misa, 3Tsoft, Fast Accounting);
– Reconcile data among accounting software and supporting documents;
– Prepare financial statements under Vietnamese, English, then send to Senior Accountant.
b. Tax:
– Prepare input invoices list/ output invoices list, VAT declarations;
– Prepare PIT calculations, periodical PIT declarations and PIT finalizations for organizations;
– Prepare whole-global PIT of foreigners either residents or non-residents;
– Estimate CIT amounts periodically and CIT finalizations for year ended;
– Prepare other tax declarations in accordance with separately clients such as Business license tax, FCT, transfer capital tax, etc.
c. Other tasks:
– Prepare labor contracts, monthly payrolls;
– Prepare documents for company establishments;
– Prepare initial tax registration;
– Prepare initial insurance registration and other documents to claim insurance;
– Prepare documents to register Work Permit/ Resident Card/ Visa for foreigners

Education Requirement:Bachelor of Accounting, Auditing or Finance is preferred
Working time:Mon – Fri (8AM – 5PM)
Working place:The IMPERIAL Suites, 71 Van Phuc, Lieu Giai, Ba Đình, Hanoi
