Job description

  • Making effective monthly production plan/advance plan of the orders in consultation and coordination with merchandising, production head, & management team
  • Reviewing production plan with capacity and strength along with ensuring timely shipment through strong production follow-up
  • Always be updated on production status whether IT is meeting the production plan or not, if not then make a root cause analysis and give quick solution for a smooth operation
  • Order status monitoring & regular schedule meeting with merchandising department, sample room & production department
  • Building relationship with merchandising department, sample room & production people for smooth operation
  • Scheduling of raw material to meet production schedules
  • Analyze and study the sweater styles
  • Perform any other relevant tasks as assigned by the management

Job requirement

  • Any certification on apparel management will be given preference
  • From 6 months - 1 year experienced in production field or open for any freshers willing to learn
  • The applicants should have experience in “Garments” or “Sweater Industry” is a plus
  • Good command in English & computer operation
  • Able to work under pressure & Can-do attitude is must have
  • Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills
  • Should be a proactive and result oriented
