Job description

- Handle to check supporting document for Local purchasing invoice: contract/PO, custom declaration, cost center, correct account, delivery note matching with MIGO - Handle to posting MIRO in SAP - Prepare document list for local payment. - Prepare Tooling and spare part report monthly - Prepare travelling expense report monthly - Prepare Allocated prepaid expense report - Handle to reconciliation local payable account and prepaid local vendor in SAP - Prepare other related expense report divided by direct /indirect/ salaried monthly - Record Payment document in well order - Follow up charge back vendor if any - Handle to clear vendor Local VND in SAP - Handle to work with Auditor / Tax inspector in responsible field - Other task related by supervisor and Manager assigned
