Job description

- Manage and monitor all civil, electrical and mechanical construction activities related to all the plants

- Manage all modifications - renovation and new project work of all plant

- Manage all social compliance work of all plant work of all plant

- Hiring other maintenance professionals

- Contacting service providers and contractors preparing work schedules.

- Ordering parts and equipment

- Manage and monitor all the utilities operate without interruption and ensure they are within the control limit and the budget

- Maintain the factory premises and other outside building which belong to the Company
