Maintenance & Production Supervisor

Job description

1. Monitor the machinery status, create maintenance plan and carry out maintenance activities in the Production. 2. Analyse problem root cause of machinery breakdown and provide corrective actions, preventive action to ensure productivity and product’s quality. 3. Coordinate with warehouse department regarding inventory of spare part in accordance with maintenance plan, crease purchase request to ensuring sufficiency of spare part for maintenance needs. 4. Supervise production process to achieve production productivity as well as ensuring product quality. 5. Supervise production process in order to minimize production loss, minimize production cost, increase productivity of machinery as well as man power. 6. Supervise and control subordinates to effectively perform work pertaining to associated standard requirements of ISO, HACCP, GMP. 7. Coordinate with superior to prepare and control budget of department.
