JOB SCOPE:

The Management Trainee will work hand-in-hand with the Founder and play a near instrumental role in conceptualizing and executing plans for a range of events, actively coordinating across several departments.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Attend meetings with the Founder – prepare agenda, write meeting memos and
determine the actionables to execute and follow-up
● Directly work on the projects with involvement in concept validation, hands-on market
research, and implementation
● Communicate effectively with all the key stakeholders and maintain a positive working
relationships liaising across departments
● Support the Founder with communication and announcements (both verbal and written)
related to the upcoming events, business updates etc..

REQUIREMENTS:

● A fresh graduate, ideally from Hospitality or a Business related major
● Meticulous, work under tight deadline, able to work in an unstructured environment
● Advanced level English skills – both written & verbal (equivalent to IELTS 7 min.)
● Good computer literacy and proficient with Microsoft Office suite
● Highly analytical and be able to plan & organize with a clear focus on priorities
● Demonstrate learning agility and a can-do attitude towards uncertainties & challenges
