Job description
- Receiving orders, working with internal systems, follow production to meet customer’s basic requirement & delivery time.
- Meeting shipment deadlines according to customer’s request
- Accuracy of information between customer’s comments and internal process
- Follow all order of customers carefully, getting confirmation for payment and releasing the goods
- Level and accuracy of information supplied to internal and departments.
- Other jobs related to customer’s services.
Job requirement
- Vocational school completion or higher.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Communication skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to perform different tasks.
- Working as teamwork.
- Accurate and well organizated.
