Process Design Engineer

Job description

* Design Process: - Develop manufacturing process design activity for new product come to mass production. - Define the machine specification is include detail manufacturing process with requirement for cycle time, process parameter, quality of product ... - Monitor and review with machinery’s supplier during purchase machine for mechanical design, electrical diagrams, software, machine fabrication and machine validation in supplier side. - Report the progess of machine during purchase phase, and ensure design of machine is matching with machine specification - Design layout of new production line and conbine with layout of factory to see the satruration of facrory - Design the PFC, PDCC and PFMEA of each Industrialization, Automation, Inhouse project * Industrialization and Validation: - Coordinate with Industrilization team during installation qualification, operation qualification and parameter qualification of machines to ensure the timeline of project - Provide technical advice and troubleshooting support durning industrialization phase - Contribute to the development of maintenance plan with Maintenance team. * Improvement Project: - Coordinate with production and maintance team for Automation/Kaizen project - Coordinate with purchasing team for in-house project Category responsibilities: - Enforcing company policies and guidelines to employees - Defining priorities according to situation, context and direction received from management - Reporting timely to upper manager with clearly presented data
