Job description
- Management of materials buying process- Send purchase order and requested delivery confirm from suppliers. Share forecast with suppliers
- Ensure materials meet requirement of production plan. Ensure materials are delivered on time (Quantity and Quality).
- Communicate with Suppliers if any delay happens in delivery (quality issues of materials, suppliers don’t commit plan), ensure no impact to production plan
- Negotiation with Suppliers regarding pulling in, pushing out, Cancelling PO per updated planning.
-Control inventory of materials at proper level.
- Coordinate with Logistic in arranging shipments to optimize transport cost & transit time
- Share documents to Logistics for Custom clearance.
- Prepare payment documents and submit to Finance
- Respect and follow up all tasks, instruction from Senior, Supervisor, Manager
Job requirement
- Bachelor Degree or Junior Collegue in Logistic, Materials, International Trade or Engineer Degree- Have 1 year in the same job or related position
- Understanding of supply chain and logistics concepts, and customs management.
- Familiar with planning and forecasting systems (MRP/ERP/CRM).
- Analytical and problem solving skills.
- Fluent English
- User level: SAP, office
