Job description

  • Help the project manager in administrative duties and processes
  • Schedule meetings and keep minutes
  • Coordinating with team members frequently for updates regarding the work in progress
  • Monitoring the progress of the project and acknowledging team suggestions
  • Report on team and project performance
  • Act as point of contact for project team and facilitate communications
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to project assistant
  • Foster positive relationship with stakeholders
  • Other jobs as assigned by managers

Job requirement

* EDUCATION BACKGROUND;

Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.

* WORKING EXPERIENCE;

4-6 years of relevant experience in Project Administrator / Coordinator

* COMPETENCIES/SKILLS;​

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High responsibility, reliability, flexibility and service mind.
  • High English proficiency (Speaking/Listening/Reading/Writing).
