Job description

  • Quality Standard Implementation: Communicate clear quality standards (appearance, function, dimension, reliability, etc.) to the internal QC team and oversee their implementation. Provide training to the QC team as needed.
  • Customer Progress Monitoring: Track and report the customer’s progress during sampling, pilot runs, and mass production stages. Provide timely feedback to customers and ensure corrective actions (CAP) are developed and implemented according to schedule.
  • Material Changes/ECN Management: Lead the implementation of material changes and Engineering Change Notices (ECN) on the production side.
  • SIP and QC Documentation: Develop and compile Standard Inspection Procedures (SIP) and QC flow charts for each product or project.
  • Data Collection & Analysis: Collect production data (weekly, monthly, and yearly) and work with the production team to analyze performance, address issues, and implement improvements.
  • Supplier Audits: Conduct supplier audits for potential new suppliers, gather relevant information, and submit findings to company management.

Job requirement

  • Language Skills: Proficiency in Chinese (basic or fluent) is required.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the metal and plastic industries is preferred.
  • Skills and Attributes: Strong results-oriented mindset with effective planning and management abilities. Good communication skills and an open-minded, collaborative approach.
  • Supplier Management: Experience in supplier management is a plus
