Job description

Mô tả công việc

- Able to read technical drawings

- Monitor timeline of completion of tasks

- Participate in drawings / products review

- Read blueprints and technical drawings to set up machines based on specification

- Comprehend product design into computer modelling software

- Use computer software to create the design of parts and tools

- Implement routine machine maintenance checklist and focus on preventive maintenance

- Write formulas to program Lathe and Mills using difference computer software

- Complete qualify control during the machine’s manufacturing process and on the final products

- Adjust and verify machine settings to desired product specification

- Troubleshoot issues with the machine during the instructional design process

- Ability to operate on basic and advance machine tools used for precision machining operations

- Train new members on machine operation procedures


Job requirement

Yêu cầu ứng viên

1. Expected Capabilities

Minimum 5 years’ experience in manufacturing industry.

Preferably Mechanical inclined

2. Preferred Skills

- Good knowledge on operating various Precision Machining Machines such as CNC machining, Lathe, Mills, etc.

- Mathematical skills: measurements, numbers and dimensions to adjust calculations

- Computer software skills: CAD, CAM software

- Problem-solving / Analytical skills: to read and comprehend complex blueprints, models and drawings to create solutions as per requirement.

- Engineering/ Mechanical skills: to develop an in-depth understanding of machine specifications
