Job description

- Design and Redesign hats and caps - Develop creative designs and concepts for hats that align with Western customer’s preferences. - Working closely with sampler maker and hat developer to build up samples - Researching fabrics, logo treatments, hat-making techniques, technologies, and machines

Job requirement

- Bachelor degree in fashion design, graphic design, R&D is plus - Good command of English - Good knowledge on Western culture (history, fashion, activities) - Experience in doing Market research is a plus - Strong creativity and a keen eye for detail. - Passion for fashion, especially hats and accessories. - Basic skill of design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator) - Enthusiastic, proactive, fast leaner

Job benefit

Salary: 13 - 18 mil VND can be negotiable based on experience One month probationary period Meal provided.
