RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT INTERN – WORK WITH B2B CLIENTS
  • Engage with B2B clients to understand and address their recruitment needs.
  • Provide information about JT1’s headhunting and staffing services.
  • Assist in maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify potential candidates.
  • Support business development and client presentations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.

RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT INTERN – WORK WITH IT CANDIDATES

  • Source, screen, and interview IT candidates to understand their skills and career aspirations.
  • Match candidates with suitable job opportunities within JT1’s client network.
  • Assist in building and maintaining a strong pipeline of IT talent.
  • Support the recruitment team in candidate engagement and management.
  • Collaborate with the team to understand client staffing needs and ensure a good fit between candidates and job requirements.
  • Stay updated on IT industry trends and job market conditions.

Working Conditions:

  • At least 28 hours per week.
  • Internship allowance + certificate.
