Job description

- Coordinate with concern person(s) to set up dealer sales operation policy - Coordinate with concern person(s) to develop Dealer sales team and performance - Manage dealer order for making sales plan - Ensuring that the order and delivery process runs smoothly - Summary company sales report - Summary dealer sales & sales activity report - Responsible for sales training - Interaction with all internal divisions (After Sales, Marketing, Finance) of company. - Manage Dealer Customer Relation Management (CRM) result - Fully responsible for the sales team and their performance - Maintaining database of customers and interested parties - Other assignments and projects

Job requirement

- Bachelor’s degree with Business/Marketing or any equivalent major. - 30-35 years old. - At least 5 years sales experience in the commercial vehicle industry, including 3 years in the managerial level. - Self-driven, result-oriented with a positive outlook. - Good at strategic thinking, analysing, forecasting, planning and managing. - Good at leading and organizational skills. - Mobile and flexible to travel - Drives continuous improvement - Computer skill (MS office) - Good English communication - Preferable with car driving license
