Job description

-Process orders, and support customers and sales team members. At the same time helping to resolve customer complaints.

-Keep and update customer accounts including purchase information, complaints, or other related information.

-Make a survey, synthesize, update, and provide data on business trends and customer needs. New features/products/services for the sales team.

-Create reports as required, and draft documents and papers at the request of the sales department.

-Synthesize, monitor, and evaluate business results continuously in order to propose necessary policies and support programs for each market segment.

- And some work arising in the process of working.

Job requirement

-University / College degree in International Business/Business Administration or related disciplines,

-Have experience in Sales Support, Sale Admin, or similar positions,

-Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel,

-Experience working with ERP or CRM software,

-Deep understanding of business principles and customer care, international business practices

-Have problem-solving skills and work independently,

-Ability to work under pressure and with good deadlines,

-Fluent in English

-Can speaking, and hearing China will be the priority
