Job description
* Talent Acquisition planning and execution - Together with team involve in Talent Acquisition strategy, tactics and sourcing plan to build the talent/candidate pipeline and available resource in terms of management level at HO and delivery mass recruitment for new start up projects. - Manage full cycle hiring process for vacant positions with effective consultation to Hiring Managers and HRBPs, including search, scan/screen applications/profiles, conduct behavioral/competency-based interview and selection methodology, salary proposal and offer methodology - Coordinate with L&D team to provide adequate on-boarding plan to New Hires * Employer branding - Align with APAC region to successfully launch EB initiatives: Management Trainee program, Communication standardization, Alumni… - Manage all external Talent Acquisition communications including job adverts/EB campaigns/MT program… to maintain professional image in target audiences’ perception and evaluation - Research and study the branding trend to initiate the best practices for long term EB plan of DSC Vietnam - Measure the effectiveness in every projects/campaigns to make sure the ROI and beneficial to Talent Attraction strategy * Talent Acquisition/ HR project - Align with Region in rolling out the Resourcing initiatives/projects to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency in local resourcing * Talent Acquisition Reporting - Complete Talent Acquisition dashboard, tracking and reporting to support Region’s data and reflect the Resourcing KPI in continuous improvement process regarding Recruitment budget & cost management.Job requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent - Min 3-year experience as a Recruiter in recruitment agency or Talent Acquisition role in Corporate, practical experience in Manufacturing, FMCG or logistics/ supply chain is a plus. - Good command of English, be confident to working with expatriates frequently. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with all organizational levels - Possess result-oriented & Can-do attitude - Ability to work effectively under time constraints and deadlines - Be open to new ideas and will try different approaches to improvement - Have effective planning & execution skill as well as sound decision making competence - Proficient in the use of technology, social media and job boardsJob benefit
