Job description

Mô tả công việc

Design and lead our RoR backend engineers in development the backend of our core

business commerce platform with Ruby on Rails, Postgres, Elastic Search, etc.

- Ensure the platform capability of maintainability, reliability, and extendability of the

deliverables.

- Create strong engineering team culture, collaboration, high performance with your

leadership and management.

- Participating effectively in our Agile/SCRUM process, in software architecture design,

deliverable sprints, code reviews and enhancements with the team, etc. as well as

proposing new alternatives to existing tech and design solutions.

Job requirement

Yêu cầu ứng viên
  • 6+ years in total experience, especially master with backend engineering job with Ruby on
  • Rails, Postgres, Elastic Search, NoSQL, K8s
  • ● Had hands-on experiences in building products or similar platforms such as ecommerce
  • (B2C or B2B/B2B2C), business operation web applications...
  • ● Had strong capability of technology and solution evaluation.
  • ● Solid grasp on good software engineering practices such as code reviews, deep focus on
  • quality and documentation.
● Knowledgeable of cyber security and data privacy.
● Great team spirit and solution-oriented attitude.
