Job description

- Repare fiber laser products;

- Provide after sales site service, technical service to customers on full range products;

- On-site troubleshooting, department communication and products test, preliminary investigation, repair in facility;

- Provide products training/seminar to customers;

- Work closely with the sales team and contribute to premier service and sales goal;

- All the above points might be requested in Vienam;

- Other assignments requested by the company;

- Fiber laser maintenance work or laser machine technical support work background is required.


Job requirement

- 2-year electrical, Fiber optical, technical, or related degree. Fresh engineer with strong technical background is also welcomed

- Fiber laser maintenance work or laser machine technical support work background is preferred

- Excellent problem-solving skills.

- Good Vietnamese & English (or Chinese) communication skills.

- Experience operating hand and power tools, soldering and fault-testing equipment.

Job benefit

- Gross salary: 800USD-1500USD (upon experience) and other incomes upon KPI

+ Monday to Friday: 8.30 to 17.30
