Legal and Market Research Intern Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Legal and Market Research Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the legal field and have a strong interest in market research.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct legal and market research for our company and clients
  • Identify and define the objectives of an assigned marketing research project; determine the best methods and tools to use in order to meet these objectives
  • Analyse and summarize export trends in Vietnam and international, complex legal and market information
  • Assist with drafting legal documents and reports
  • Conduct legal research and gather related legal information on custom laws, certifications of international standards, import laws and requirements of Vietnam, Australia, Europe, South East Asia, USA
  • Assist the Legal counsel to create, assemble, proofread and amend draft contracts, leases, licenses, policies and other legal documents
  • Summarize, organize legal information about export trends in Vietnam and international
  • Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date files and databases
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in law (preferred), business, economics, or a related field
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented and organized
