Mô tả công việc

Responsible for the management and development of the technical department (R&D, PE, sample and maintenance).

Create, manage and execute new product development plans.

Assist in the development of related processes and procedures.

Coordinate with other departments to develop human resources, implement control and continuous improvement according to ISO 9001/14001/13485.

Support other Amphenol divisions and factories worldwide as required.

Yêu cầu công việc

At least graduated in Mechanical Engineering (Preference is given to University of technology)

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.

Proficient in AutoCAD, or Solid works, or Creo or Onshape.

Proficient in office software (Word, Email, Excel, Powerpoint...). Knowledge of ERP is an advantage.

Ability to work without supervision. Good moral character.

Can work under pressure.

Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
