Descripción del trabajo

• Update bank & cash every morning

• Make daily bank & cash report before 5:30 pm daily

• Collet cash from Bar team and update into the Fast system timely

• Update payment via bank/ cash into Fast system

• Completing posting of account payable invoices and accrual transaction to accounting software.

• Respond to vendor inquiries.

• Make POS / Onepay report ( receive the report from bank / Onepay service and check bank statement / checking revenue account to ensure all are aligned and ask if having any variance).

Weekly:

• Prepare the payment schedule for suppliers and send to Chief Accountant to prepare money for the payment.

• Check POS report with Revel.

Monthly:

• Cash advance report / Float Report (End of the monthly)

Advance: remind to end user to clear advance

Send the final report to CA & FD

• Bank / Cash minutes report

• FS Report for F&B Holding Group

• Credit card report-VCB

• F&B Management Reports

• GL Reconcile (on 10th)

Others:

• Purchase Contract update on the Serve

• Others tasks inline with MEC schedule


Requerimiento de trabajo

• Have knowledge in Accounting major

Around 1 year of experience of accountant, manufactoring or F&B is the priority

Basic english with 4 skills
