Descripción del trabajo
I. Job summary:
• Handle the daily accounting tasks of GR8 project in South.
• Issue VAT invoices timely to be consistent with tax regulations.
• Support Accounting Assistant Manager in aspects of financial statements, tax reports & tax payments as well as the statutory reports are done correctly and submitted timely to related government authorities base on company policy and the local regulations.
II. Job accountabilities:
• Check and process the daily payment requests.
• Prepare the cash internal reports based on daily and monthly basis.
• Work with suppliers to keep track and gather the information of operating expenses during month.
• Ensure control is in place for all the suppliers’ invoices to be recorded correctly and match with the system for correct COGS.
• Issuing VAT invoices based on monthly basis.
• Create and control the supplier codes in the system.
• Make sure all the balances and information in B/S, P/L and other financial reports are correct with the full and correct details always available.
• Manage to do month end closing/quarter closing/interim-annual closing/annual closing correctly and timely.
• Reconcile P/L and B/S before monthly closing accounting book and fiscal year.
• Work with internal departments and external parties (tax, auditors, bank…).
• Other ad-hoc tasks are assigned based on management requirements
Requerimiento de trabajo
III. Job requirements:
• Degree or higher in Accounting /Finance
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
• Strong experience and knowledge in local accounting standards and Tax regulations.
• Able to work independently under high pressure and tight deadline.
• Positive working attitude
• Spoken and written English skills are essential with knowledge of Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and accounting systems/software.
