  • Community Engagement and Support:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for the community, responding to inquiries, providing assistance, and maintaining a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
    • Foster and facilitate engaging discussions, address concerns, and cultivate a strong sense of community spirit.

    2. Social Media and Online Presence:

    • Manage and grow the projects social media channels and online platforms.
    • Create and curate compelling content, including posts, articles, and visuals, to engage the community and increase brand awareness.
    • Monitor social media trends, discussions, and relevant industry news to stay up to date and contribute to relevant conversations.

    3. Events and Campaigns:

    • Plan, organize, and execute community events, giveaways, and contests to drive engagement and loyalty.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to support the development and implementation of marketing campaigns targeted toward the community.

    4. Community Feedback and Insights:

    • Act as a liaison between the community and the project team, gathering feedback, suggestions, and insights from the community and effectively communicating them to the relevant stakeholders.
    • Utilize community feedback to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement, contributing to the projects overall success.

    5. Community Growth and Expansion:

    • Implement strategies to attract and onboard new community members, both within the existing crypto community and beyond.
    • Collaborate with influencers, partners, and ambassadors to expand the projects reach and build relationships with key stakeholders.

    Requerimiento de trabajo

    • Proven experience as a Community Manager or similar role, preferably in the blockchain or NFT industry.
    • Familiarity with Discords advanced functionality.
    • Deep understanding of the blockchain ecosystem, NFTs, and cryptocurrency.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage and inspire a diverse community.
    • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, community management tools, and analytics.
    • Passion for building communities, fostering engagement, and cultivating a positive online environment.
    • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and willingness to experiment and try new approaches.
    • Understanding of the decentralized nature of blockchain and the importance of privacy and security.
