Descripción del trabajo

Objective:

-Accurate HR data and outsource staffs information management

-Coordinate and cooperate with other teams/ HR vendor smoothly

Working relationship:

-Internal: Sales and Non-Sales team SCMC, HRM Derparment, GA

-External: HR Service Vendor

Duties and Responsibility:

-Conduct and manage the daily and monthly agent data and attendance report

-Follow and manage new-hired outsourced employees and regisnation information updates

-To prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly report upon request

-Provide the sales staffs’ disciplinary information to HR Vendors/HRM

-Coordinate with HR Vendors to ensurre C&B of outsource staffs are well-managed and handled, such as: promotion, salary upgrade, contract renewal...

-Other tasks which are assigned by Line Manager.

Requerimiento de trabajo

-Education: University/College - Business Administration or relevant field

-Experience: Minimum 06 months working experience in HR/C&B

-Knowlegde, Skill & Abilities:

-Good at speaking & writing in English

-Good Microsoft Office

-Good at communication

-Honest, teamwork and care full.
