Descripción del trabajo

- Support Manager in the preparation and completion of quarter, annual and long-term financial plans as well as in charge of preparing

- Prepare financial analysis and reports accurately and submit timely to Area/Division or as requested by Managers, Business head

- Partner with other Business and Function teams to establish the ongoing development of financial analysis reporting that support the business decisions and strategic goals.

- Partner with business stakeholders to drive the annual planning lifecycle including all budgeting, forecasting and monthly management reporting.

- Demonstrate strong financial analyzing skills to evaluate and analyze financial data, operational metrics to deliver analysis that can provide insight to the business and to improve financial/operation performance

- Support manager to build and monitor financial business models/ processes to mitigate the risk of operation while to ease Business growing.

- Continually contribute to improve FP&A’s capabilities, processes and systems, Teamwork load through efficiency and effectives concepts and practice

- Perform other duties and ad-hoc projects requested by high levels

Requerimiento de trabajo

Excellence Chinese with 4 skills. More English is an advantage

Willing to learn and self-driven.

Mature, smart and logical, presentable and persuasive.

At least 3 years of relevant experience.

Previous working exposure in Multi-National Companies is beneficial.

FP&A (Budgeting/Management Reporting/Costing/Analysis) experience is a MUST.
