  • Search, contact, introduce the company’s products and services to business customers and promote cooperation.
  • Take care of the company’s existing partners, ready to support partners even outside of working hours to receive and forward arising issues to specialized operations departments.
  • Achieve the sales objectives/ targets for the assigned sales channel. Generate sales and contribute to the volume and profit of the company by planning, executing, and evaluating sales and marketing programs and activities in the area/ customers in charge.
  • Dealing and developing the strategic Plan for Key Account Business nationwide for increasing market share, net sales and ensuring a profitable volume growth by delivering account specific business solution
  • Develop and implement sales processes and strategies for assigned customers to ensure achievement of goals. Identify the short-term business needs and objectives of key customers and develop/sell proactive business solutions across the full demand/ supply chain.
  • Manage annual negotiations, including trading terms and conditions, to facilitate sales agreements and achieve targeted margins and the most profitable for the company
  • Co-ordinate with Accounting Department and review collection all due account receivables granted to customers, plan the collection of these accounts on due dates and reviews action plans for the immediate collection of all overdue accounts in order to protect the financial interests of the company.
  • Monitor team key performance indicators achievement. Conduct regular reviews to provide feedback on achievements, performance gaps and requirements for improvement.
  • Undertake other tasks requested by Line Manager

Requerimiento de trabajo

  • BA degree
  • Microsoft office
  • English prefers.
  • Capability to work under high pressure environment.
  • Planning & time management skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skill
  • Min 3 years experience in the same position in banking industry, B2B, retail industry, payment solution or Fintech.
