Mô tả công việc
  • Draft & review legal documents such as contracts, agreements, companys internal policies,...
  • Providing legal advice to clients; corresponding with them and explaining complex legal matters
  • Research & continuously update new laws, new regulations from around 20 countries
  • Organize training courses about legal updates for related departments
  • Write documents for companys internal Wiki legal system
  • Assist Marketing Department in reviewing the contents legality and deal with authorized issues

Requerimiento de trabajo

Yêu cầu ứng viên
  • Bachelors degree in Law (preferred in International Law)
  • At least 3 years of working experience in relevant positions
  • Fluent in English
  • Comprehensive reading, analytical, presentation skills
  • A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
