Descripción del trabajo

1) Align/Arrange/Communication shipping schedule with customer/planning base on open order

2) Handle all process for all export shipments (Booking, shipping, invoice).

3) Handle any problem with forwarder/customs.

4) Align/Arrange/Communication with Warehouse/Forwarder to release export shipment on time

5) Check and arrange payment to forwarder

6) Manage full set of export document and file the record

7) Preparation documents to get C/O from government, send to customer

8) Work on others task from Manager

Requerimiento de trabajo

1)Graduated from university or college regarding economy field, import-export, logistics

2)Fresh graduation or 1-4years of work experience in declaration customs on Ecus’ system

3) Can useEnglish/ good at computer skill

4)Be careful, hard-working, willing-to-learn

5) If candidates from HCM or Dong Nai, we expect you can move to near company.
