Job description

  • Provide administrative support such as paper works, arrange meeting and take minutes, car and accommodation arrangement, air tickets, hotel, etc.;
  • Assist Director closely with daily operation, including translating Vietnamese documents into English;
  • Overview research for real estate market including database, competitors reports;
  • Read & summarize articles;
  • Liaise and cooperate with all departments for keeping good relation;
  • Check documents before submitting for approval, manage papers and documents in safety and confidentiality;
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills requirement(s):

  • University Graduate in any major
  • Fluent in English communication
  • Having 1-2 years of working experience (in any field)
  • Active, friendly & outgoing since this position will need to work with many departments.
  • Humble, passionate and positive thinking
  • Integrity is highly required.
  • Problem solving skills
