Descripción del trabajo

  • To provide first-line technical support and assistance to internal customers on all matters relating to IT.
  • Installing, configuring, monitoring, maintaining and supporting workstations including operating system, applications software, laptops, printers and servers.
  • Responsible for overall network maintenance and software deployment.
  • Configure, monitor, maintain backup equipment and services.
  • To take responsibility for IT documentation.
  • Responsible for projects and duties assigned by IT Manager (based in China).

Requerimiento de trabajo

  • 2-3 years solid IT support experience in corporate support environment is must.
  • College or University degree in Computer Science
  • Good in English (written and oral) is must. Able to communicate in English with oversea IT staffs.
  • Relevant IT certification is advantage such as MCSE, CCNA or etc..
