- Set up new production line : equipment, tooling, jig and fixture, indirect material standard time, manufacturing instruction,

- Process improvement for promoting effectively and cost time reduction

- Manual insert process

- Monitor daily process flow smoothly , take immediate action for any out of control- quality on work.

- Supervise PIE technician for MI , jig and tool fixture design work

- To ensure all work process and machinery and tooling design are of safety standard

- Manual soldering processing

- Jig and fixture design : Coating processing

- Wave soldering / selective soldering

Requerimiento de trabajo

- Banchlor degree

- Fluently in English

- Over 5 years of experience
