Descripción del trabajo

- A career professional who possesses strong knowledge and leadership in the area of wood manufacturing, particularly for outdoor furniture. The candidate should be able to lead and manage teams, be open to new systems and improve the overall production capability of the organization.

- You will work alongside a team of QA/QC personnel and ensure that the organizations quality standards are being adhered too during all periods of production. You will also work closely with others in the management team to uphold our company values.

- Working very closely with a range of long-term suppliers to ensure their production schedules are adhered too. This will include daily visits to the factories with your QC team to keep well informed of any issues arriving that will affect customer delivery

- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders of factories that will ensure the organization receives appropriate product and minimizing claims against factories.

- Working closely with the scheduling team to ensure shipments are coordinated correctly and therefore shipments are on time to our customers.

- Consistent reporting to management team with updates on production and quality control.

Requerimiento de trabajo

- Proven experience in furniture manufacturing, preferably in outdoor furniture using a range of timber types.

- Very strong leadership skills and ability to think outside the box

- Strong knowledge of materials used in the manufacturing furniture process.

- Able to read and understand technical drawings from our technical department

- Very good communication skills in English.

- Ability to work under pressure.
