Descripción del trabajo
1. Translating English -Vietnamese and vice versa. Writing and Speaking2. Supporting the Management to reach targets and KPIs that are related to the start of mass production of new helmet models and the implementation of new manufacturing processes
3. Supporting the Manager in collecting data from other Departments to monitor the projects status
4. Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule activities for all the Departments and the supplier
5. Maintaining project timeframes and budgeting estimates and updating reports for the Manager and the Director
6. Supporting the Manager in being the connection between Vietnam plant and Dainese HQ in Italy for Engineering and Sourcing
7. Proposing solutions and methods to improve efficiency and solve problems.
Requerimiento de trabajo
Qualification:• Bằng Đại học / Education Bachelor’s Degree
Experience:
• Tiếng Anh tốt / Good English
• Ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm trong công ty sản xuất/ At least 3 years experience in manufacturing company
• Kinh nghiệm quản lý dự án/ Experience in project management
Skills:
• Nhiệt tình chăm chỉ / Enthusiastic, hard working
• Ham học hỏi/ Willing to learn
• Thích nghi nhanh/ Adaptable
• Chủ động trong công việc/ Proactive behavior toward criticities
• Làm đa nhiệm vụ và với áp lực cao / Able to deal with multiple activities and work under stress
