- Driving improvement initiatives in order to achieve set objective of the initiatives. - Supporting implementation of lean culture in order to achieve lean objectives. - Preparing and presenting reports (both periodic and ad-hoc) to facilitate lean implementation on management decision. - Keeping knowledge up-to-date with regard to business processes. - English to Vietnamese Translation supporting to Senior Executive - Lean Manufacturing in day-to-day communication with shopfloor Team - - Leaders and during the training courses of Lean Manufacturing (MOS) - Assisting with written and verbal communication related to announcements (business updates, incentive scheme revisions and updates, HR policies and procedures, etc.) - Facilitating for the training courses for Team Leader/Group Leader and other relevant parties regarding to Lean Manufacturing Program - Supporting with shopfloor system (internal system) about data analysis; timely and accurate reporting
