- Set up the garment standards for factories

- Resolve technical issues with customers

- Work closely with the support team to ensure the quality and schedule of sample delivery to customers

- Supervise the completion of work of staffs

- Perform other tasks as requested by superiors.

Requerimiento de trabajo

- How to make children’s goods. Cost; Teck-packs; BOM

- Fluent in Lectra software (required condition), jumps in size, knows to make deliveries

- Over 4.5 years of experience working with children’s good. Experienced in managing a team of 35-40 people

- Fluent in English, know Chinese is an advantage.
