Descripción del trabajo

  • Coordinate with hiring managers for manpower & hiring requirements
  • Recruit for Warehouse operations, including sourcing, screening & interview scheduling for candidates, with a focus on rank-and-file profiles
  • Organize & collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to hold recruitment drives
  • Liaise with external vendors and/or government agencies to support recruitment needs
  • Manage and update weekly Warehouse headcount and recruitment reports
  • Support other HR initiatives and projects as assigned

Requerimiento de trabajo

  • At least 1 year of working experience
  • Meticulous and organized, with a keen eye for details
  • Strong ability in managing internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiar and proficient in Google products (e.g. Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Forms etc)
