Descripción del trabajo

- Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with suppliers as well as internal stakeholders; - Ensure smooth execution of business through diligent management of ordering / execution process; - Assist the procurement, prepare orders and quotations as required; - Follow up the shipment and feedback on the issue with stakeholder; - Maintain ITAS system integrity to ensure contract details, product formulations, etc. are correct and up to date; - Ensure timely and accurate information-flow between Commercial and Planning / Quality / Production / Finance teams. - Monitor demand activities and provide relevant information to management; - Asist on administrative documents for Commercial.

Requerimiento de trabajo

- Diploma or Degree in Business or related discipline, ideally 3 to 4 years’ experience within a similar role; - Proactive attitude and ability to work independently; - Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills; - Committed team player who is willing to be flexible and assist with a whole range of tasks to support colleagues; - Outstanding interpersonal skills; a capable oral and written communicator in English; - Fully numerate and with excellent computer skills; - Strong PC systems and software application skills.
