Reporting to 1. Camso Vietnam: TEC Manager 2. Regional/Global Camso: N/A Department TEC 1. Job Overview Manage the TEC team in plant to do the good service to satisfy the production’s requirement for production activity. Ensure that their crew follows all safety, environmental, legal, and contractual rules while performing their duties as well as monitor the progress of all jobs and will have to remove any roadblocks identified that are limiting the productivity of the team. Ensure all machineries and equipment are in good condition and ready to be put into production, arrange manpower and support new recruitment and lead his team for skill upgrade. Estimate and order materials needed; and supervise the proper installation, repair, and maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment in accordance with established methods and procedure. 1. Key responsibilities and accountabilities: 2.1. Ensure “SAFETY FIRST” principle is actually implemented in all activities of repair or maintenance through effective monitoring on working site of Technician and other members. 2.2. Ensure maintenance team apply H&S management system (the LOTO, Hot work…) before executing maintenance work 2.3. Lead, direct and motivate the team, monitor team performance and give feedback to ensure an effective service is provided to facilitate the achievement of production requirements. 2.4. Advise/Guide the team, coordinator with other department (such as production, Indu, Procurement, HR, finance, etc) and external parties (such as suppliers, contractors etc) to resolve relevant operational issues. 2.5. Monitor and review maintenance KPIs to achieve the set targets and improve the plant efficiency and effectiveness. 2.6. Carry out the effective preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance program for critical equipment in the plant to improve the reliability. 2.7. Conduct improvement & Problem-solving meeting and provide input to the continuous improvement projects or activities. 2.8. Respond quickly to Andon call/ help chain and take actions. Involve Maintenance Technician if necessary, as resources in the Problem Solving process. 2.9. Ensure the systems and procedures are in place to manage the spare part and consumables inventory. 2.10. Assess resource requirements prepare annual departmental/ support preparation of organizational budgets, monitor and authorize expenses analyze variances and implement control measures to ensure adherence to budgets. 2.11. Manage the energy utilization of the organization, monitor usage and deploy suitable conservation strategies to ensure the optimum energy usage at the plant. 2.12. Develop the maintenance skill matrix and training plan for technician to help them on daily job with good result. 2.13. Develop and conduct the process to evaluate the Technician skill 2.14. Carry out other tasks assigned by department head. 2.15. Adhere Company quality systems 2.16. Adhere Company Safety Rules 3. Organization Structure : 3.1. Main interact: 3.1.1. Camso Vietnam: - Engineering. - Production - Industricalization - Quality - Procurement 3.1.2. Regional / Global Camso: - SAP 3.1.3. External: - Vendor (Machine suppliers) - Outsource supplier for maintenance 3.2. 4. Education and working experience required 4.1. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical). 4.2. Experience: 4.2.1. Professional experience: Minimum 8 to 10 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing company 4.2.2. Leadership experience: NA. 5. Competencies required Technical knowledge Preventive maintenance Electrical / Mechanical Skills Ability to make timely decisions. Strong Problem solving and analytical abilities Ability to communicate and to summarize High interpersonal skills: Team player. 6. Prerequisites for the assignment Language Strong communications in verbal and written – English & Vietnamese MS Office and other applications Good command of computer skills. Others: A natural ability to connect with people, to know when to lead, when to coach and when to be a team player A strong ability to take leadership responsibilities Eager to get the job done , exceeding expectations Strong work ethic: High integrity and honestyBeneficio laboral
