Daily Task:

– Taking part in the recruitment process

– Updating and managing candidate database

– Supporting the on-boarding process for new employees

– Assisting in admin tasks (paperwork, labor contract, stationery,…)

– Supporting in check-in, completing documents and contracts for employees

– Research, collect data regarding market

– Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirement:

– 3rd/4th-year student or fresh-graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration or related major.

– Good communication and good command of English

– Proficient in MS Office.

– Being meticulous, proactive and having a can-do attitude
